EA SPORTS FC 27 Closed Beta FC Community API — Connect Approved Sites
How EA's Community API works with FUT.GG, FUTBIN, and FUTWIZ—permissions, retention, and safe linking habits.
The FC Community API is EA’s program for connecting certain EA SPORTS FC account data to approved community websites so those sites can offer personalized squad tools, insights, and planners. EA published the program update on July 27, 2026 (titled as a Community API update on the FC 27 news hub). At launch of the program, only FUT.GG, FUTBIN, and FUTWIZ (plus their associated mobile apps) are authorized. Availability of features still depends on when each site finishes integration.
This wiki page explains what the API is for, which sites are trusted, what data can be requested, and how to stay safe while planning FC 27 Ultimate Team squads. It is not an unofficial API scraper, login phishing mirror, or third-party “connect EA” clone. For Gallery systems that feed your Club identity, see FUT Gallery; for Hall of FUT collecting, see Hall of FUT.
Why EA shipped a Community API
Players already use community sites for:
- Squad building and chemistry planning
- Price tracking and SBC solvers
- Evolution / upgrade planning
- Meta research alongside Tier List reading
Without an official connection, sites relied on manual card entry or unofficial methods. The Community API gives permissioned, EA-mediated access so approved partners can personalize tools using your Ultimate Team data—formations, tactics, players, and more as the program evolves.
Approved sites only
At program launch, EA authorizes:
| Site | Notes |
|---|---|
| FUT.GG | Authorized web + associated apps |
| FUTBIN | Authorized web + associated apps |
| FUTWIZ | Authorized web + associated apps |
If any other website shows an EA login promising FC API access, do not trust it. Only the three partners above are authorized at this time. EA is not accepting additional partner requests currently.
Feature rollout may differ by site—FUTBIN might expose a tool before FUTWIZ or vice versa. Check each site’s own changelog rather than assuming parity.
What connecting does (and does not) share
With your permission, approved sites can retrieve certain account data to power personalization. At launch messaging this includes Ultimate Team data such as players, formations, tactics, and more. Additional data types may arrive later.
Approved sites do not receive your EA password. They receive permissions to make specific API requests on your behalf; credentials stay with EA’s login flow.
Retention: Sites using the API may retain pulled account-specific data for up to 28 days, after which retention rules require cleanup per EA’s program terms. Re-connecting may refresh cached snapshots.
Always read the permission screen before approving—revoke access from your EA account settings if you stop using a site.
How this helps FC 27 prep
FC 27 adds systems that make personalized planners more valuable:
- FUT Gallery Sets and Gallery Tokens reward knowing which Items have passed through your Club—see FUT Gallery
- Streamlined SBCs score Club submissions—see Streamlined SBCs
- Evolutions Pathways need eligible base cards—see Evolutions Pathways
- Hall of FUT Token Store planning benefits from knowing Set grades—see Hall of FUT
Connecting an approved site can reduce manual club inventory entry when those partners ship FC 27 support. During Closed Beta, API completeness may lag retail—verify whether beta accounts even connect before filing “API broken” reports.
Safety checklist before you link
- Confirm the domain is exactly fut.gg, futbin.com, or futwiz.com (or their official apps from trusted stores).
- Start the EA login only from the site’s documented Connect button—not from a Discord DM link.
- Review scopes on the EA consent screen; deny extras you do not need.
- Enable EA account 2FA if not already on.
- After testing, disconnect if you only needed a one-time import.
- Never share EA credentials with “helpers” offering to link the API for you.
Phishing spikes around every FC launch. Treat unexpected “verify your FUT API” emails as hostile.
What this wiki will not do
- Store or proxy your EA tokens
- Embed unofficial login widgets
- Rank which of the three sites is “best”—pick based on the tools you already trust
- Promise that Closed Beta clubs sync cleanly into September retail accounts
We link concepts; partners host the live integrations.
